Propane — sometimes known as liquefied petroleum gas, or LPG — is a gas normally compressed and stored as a liquid, it is nontoxic, colorless, and virtually odorless; an identifying odor is added so it can be detected. Propane is an approved clean fuel, so substituting propane for other fuels is an economical and viable step toward cleaner air. Tank Options
We have several options available to our customers for residential tank sizes. Unsure of what size is best for your needs? NO PROBLEM! We’re here to help you!
Tank Sizes available in 120, 250, 325, 500, and 1,000-gallon. Underground propane tanks also available in 500- and 1,000-gallon tank options.
Tank Leasing – Our tank leasing option is our customer preferred method as this method offers many benefits to the customer including: FREE tank setting, FREE tank maintenance, NO LEASE FEE when customer meets their minimum annual usage requirement of 1.5 times the tank size. (99% of our customers reach this requirement.) An $85 annual fee is charged if the usage requirement is not met.
Tank Owning – Owing your own tank cost can vary. If you choose to own your tank you are responsible for the installation and setting fee of the tank as well as any maintenance costs that may occur for maintaining the tank.

Monitoring System - NEVER RUN OUT OF PROPANE!! Our monitoring system is our #1 customer preferred choice of delivery! This system constantly monitors your tank level, letting us fill your tank when it needs it without you having to worry about a thing! CALL US today at 320-453-6560; to get set-up on this program.
Will-Call - Our will-call program is completely dependent on the customer keeping an eye on your tank levels. We ask you give us a call to schedule a delivery when your tank reads 30%. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?
By contracting with the pre-buy program you secure your gallons at a locked in price! You will receive a contract in the mail prior to the heating season, with details including how many gallons of propane you used in the past year and the listed contracted price per gallon of propane for the upcoming heating season. You than can decide how many gallons you would like to contract for the upcoming heating season at the pre-buy pricing rate. Payment for pre-buy is due at the time of contract.
HOW DOES THE PROGRAM BENEFIT ME?
No stress if the prices of propane continue to climb throughout the heating season as you’ve secured your pricing on the set amount of gallons for the year.
WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE PROPANE NOW?
Payment is due at the time of contract in order to secure your gallons for the heating season.
WHAT IF I DON’T USE ALL THE PROPANE I CONTRACTED DURING THE PRE-BUY?
No worries, you’ll simply have a credit on your account for the gallons you didn’t use!
WHAT IF I RUN OUT OF CONTRACTED GALLONS?
Heating seasons can be unpredictable, if you need more propane than you’ve contracted for no worries the remaining gallons of propane will be billed out at the current rate per gallon at the time of delivery.
